Breakfast was well priced and above average, I really enjoyed almost everything.
i was there for 3 nights and will come back. it was stocked, generous-sized and with a king bed. the location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a two-story open air shopping center. plus the hotel was next to restaurants and cafes.

I had wonderful time.
I ate at a unique restaurant for breakfast. The location was particularly good and perfect, relatively near a two-story open air shopping center.

The breakfast is vegan, includes lots of meals. The location is unbeatable, 1 mile from Space. It is found in a nice enough area next to port, Bayside and Capital Grille, downtown Miami and the river side.

nice for a downtown hotel. Easy access to city and port.
Should have a comfortable chair in room.

The location is extraordinary, right at the entrance to Downtown from Brickell, with the Miami River in front of it, you can go for a walk by the river and there are parks and shopping malls nearby. There is a MetroMover station across the street. It has a small gym and a small Alberta. Good for business trips. Breakfast is good, although I found it a bit expensive (a pretty standard buffet for 35 dlls).
In Miami, drivers like to honk at the slightest provocation, since the hotel is on a problematic corner where several lanes converge in a small space, traffic jams are created and cars are so loud that it's hard to sleep. If you stay at this hotel, you will have to wear earplugs, because the rooms are very badly soundproofed.

Our rooms looked out onto a brick wall less than twenty feet away, the room was tired and in need of updating and the walls were paper thin...you could hear the guy in the next room fastning his zipper! Worst of all the reception desk staff were unhelpful with no customer service skills....I thought there was an unemployment problem in the USA? Why do companies need to employ these people?

The room I stayed in was nice, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. I really enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and catching a movie in the leisure room.

We liked the kindness of the helpdesk and the people encharge the cleanliness of our room.
We received a non smoke room smelling smoke. We call the staff and they didn't solve the problem, it was terrible!!!

Servece ranged from inept ot obsequious, but with the best of intentions. Room had mildew problems which took two attompts to get them to address. Restaurant staff were not good at handling things they were not familiar with such as tea specified with breakfast, not coffee. In room WiFis had systemic problems which could be rectfified without hardwire, though they did try.

I enjoyed running along the waterfront each morning, taking in the great views. The hotel was close to shopping and dining options, convenient for my group. The breakfast buffet had an omelette and crepe station that added a nice touch to our meals.
The gym and pool were smaller than expected for such a large hotel. Despite the central location, some noise from the city was noticeable, which could be disruptive for light sleepers.
